Can non-U.S citizens participate in the competition?

While only U.S. citizens are eligible to win prizes, entries from non-U.S. citizens may be submitted. These entries will not be eligible for awards.

Non-U.S citizens may participate in the competition on teams led by U.S. citizens, however prize money will be awarded directly to winning entries that are submitted by U.S. citizens.

    No; only U.S. citizens are eligible to win prizes.
