Is this challenge open to U.S citizens only? Write about that on Rule page, not only the bottom of the top page of this challenge.

    Only U.S. citizens are eligible to win the prize money associated with this challenge, however non-U.S. citizens may participate as part of a group led by a U.S. citizen.
